TätigkeitenbeschreibungFür unseren Kunden aus dem Raum Frankfurt am Main suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Solution Architect (m/w). Das Projekt soll zunächst bis 31.12.2016 laufen, eine Verlängerung für 2017 ist auf Grund des umfassenden projektcharakters (Großprojekt) sehr wahrscheinlich.
Aufgaben:
Aim of the project is a change/replacement of the existing, totally static (and under external GDS-control) offer creation program, in favour of a more dynamic offer creation.
Within this project the design and development of a “Price and Product Manager” solution (PPM) is a core component, defining and establishing a new revenue management approach. The PPM will ensure technical readiness for the future pricing and distribution requirements with bundles and ancillary services.
Creating dynamic offers by combining the base transportation service with additional optional or conditional services while optimizing the profit margin by adding ancillary revenue from these services, implies that the associated pricing logic has to be equally dynamic. The PPM will enable offer creation and distribution of rich content (availability/price and product attributes for transportation, ancillary services, and bundles) to direct and indirect distribution channels.
The PPM is coordinating and managing this new and flexible construction of dynamic offers to customer requests by
*dynamically creating offers and prices according to defined rules and preferences,
* optimizing and shaping service bundles to dynamic offers,
* managing communication with distribution channels according to the evolving NDC standard,
* triggering the order management process and
* allowing stepwise enhancement of the business logic by a modular design.
* Your main tasks:
- develop the solution architecture based on given requirements
- challenge the requirements to optimize the solution
- assist and coach the project in the next project phases
- reflect the SHAPE processes
- use a method based on LEAF (customized version of TOGAF)
Für diese Aufgabenstellung sollten Sie über die folgenden Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen verfügen:
* More then 10 year experience in architecture
* Good knowledge of Transportation Services processes (reservation, inventory) and good knowledge of GDS, CRS, forecasting IT-solutions
* Good knowledge of approaches and methods for
a.) building a custom developed solution
b.) integrating a product based solution into the landscape
* Good knowledge in technologies, especially is needed:
a.) Database, Data storage
b.) Integration topics, interface building, API usage
(SOAP, REST, EDIFACT)
* Good knowledge of TOGAF
* Good knowledge of at least of one other major architecture framework, method: iSAQB, QASAR, etc.
* A plus will be the knowledge of specific revenue managment and distribution processes
* A plus will be the knowledge of specific revenue management and distribution IT-solutions: hub player, NDC, fare caches (Google ITA), etc.), etc."
* Solution architecture derived from overall COBRA functional target pictures developed by IT-Solution
