On behalf of one of our clients, an international financial institution, located in Frankfurt and Prague, we are searching for external support with skills and abilities as stated below:Software Tester (C7 Functional Test) (f/m)
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Helping advance the technology and functionality of our clients Clearing systems
- The variety of challenging tasks include reviewing specifications, preparing test cases and test models, design and implement scripts for test automation, the actual test execution (manual or automated)
Mandatory skills and experience:
- A background in financial derivatives clearing, preferable at derivate system
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and different process models
- Relevant work experience in development and/or testing role
- Experienced in preparation of test plans, Test-Case designing, Test execution, Traceability Matrix, preparation of regression test suite, black box and white box testing approach, test automation, reviews, preparation of test reports and usage of test management tool (Test director, TMT, QC of ALM)
- Technical background and good development/scripting skills in common languages like VB, JAVA, PERL, Python etc.
- Knowledge of automated testing tools, like WinRunner, QTP, Rational Robot, etc.
Optional skills:
- Familiarity with Linux
- Critical thinking, the ability to identify problems and propose solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English is essential, German can be beneficial
- Must be flexible, independent and self motivated.
Additional information:
- Start date of assignment: ASAP (latest by start of March)
- Initial: contract duration 2 months (optional: extension is anticipated but cannot be guaranteed)
- Degree of employment: Full-time
- Location: Eschborn and Prague
