We are looking for a consultant Interview Guide "congitive response approach" (m/f) for our customer in Frankfurt Main.
Description:
MASAI builds the future of connected Mobility by opening the way from patchwork to plug&play networking of mobility and related services. MASAI implements a joint vision supported by a consortium composed by innovative specialized organisations: MTA – the coordinator, DIGIMOBEE, CARD4B, CHESS IX and our customer. MASAI enables the intelligent and traveler oriented aggregation and delivery of mobility and related services on the basis of traveler owned preferences and profiles. MASAI defines, standardises and validates an Architecture, user Attributes and APIs from discovery to fulfillment of services within adequate privacy guidelines. MASAI stimulates an open ecosystem for the traveler oriented delivery of seamless mobility and related services.
Responsibility:
- Consulting and Support for the development of a interview guide. The interview guide will be used within the EU project MASAI for the analysis of stakeholder interests. The projects focus lies in the improvement of seamless door to door travel within the European Union.
- Story creation and visualization: relevance of MASAI vision from customers and stakeholders point of view (travel today, travel tomorrow)
- Screening of existing MASAI documents
- Stakeholder-Analysis incl. relevant categories with impact on attitudes
- MASAI vision: stakeholder and customer point of view
- Technical vision and concept
- Consideration of dependencies
- Concept: qualitative and quantitative interview guide
- Setup of concept under consideration of the cognitive response approach
- Setup of qualitative part under consideration of relevant approaches (e.g. “ask mom”)
- Setup of quantitative part incl. definition of relevant categories and derivation of suitable indicators for measurement of stakeholders attitudes
- Meetings for briefing and presentation of papers
- Coordinating input from all members of the consortium
Skills:
- Very experienced in coordinationg international projects (must have)
- Very good knowledge of the „congnitve response approach“ (must have)
- Very experienced in qualitive and quantitive interviewing methods and the evaluation of results (must have)
- Very experienced in presenting results to top manangement (must have)
- Very good communication skills (must have)
- Very good command of English - spoken and written (must have)
