Due to the rapidly expanding business in our department, we are currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated
Recruiters.
Who are you?
- You have an university degree or an equivalent graduation
- You are openminded, you like to be on the telephone and you have a good knowledge of human nature
- You know how to use all common MS Office applications
- You are experienced in recruitment, ideally within IT
- You speak English fluently and German on a B1/B2 level
- You convince with a high amount of self-organization
- You are quality- and service-oriented
- You are friendly, engaging and positive personality with good communication skills
What will you do?
- Research for matching candidates with the help of external, international platforms and exhibitions
- Checking the qualification of the candidates on the telephone or in a face-2-face interview
- Update of candidates information, data and documents in our internal CRM-Tool
- Maintaining your relations with the candidates
- Intense support of the recruitment team in Zurich
