For our client based in Walldorf (Postal Code 69190) we are looking for a Network Project Lead (m/f) for Cloud Architecture.
Aufgaben:
- Network Project Lead is requested who defines the operational model for future converged cloud network services
- Collection and definition of operational requirements
- Definition of operational processes (ITIL Level 3) for converged cloud network
- Project lead of globally organized cross functional team to elaborate an appropriate operational model
- Elaboration and documentation of operational concepts for converged cloud network
- Definition of roles & responsibilities for future collaboration model (RASCI)
- Definition of partner interfaces and support models
- Align with existing process and responsibility structures
- Project Managing has to deliver the following aspects: as is analysis, requirements and concept specification, gap analysis, team set up, project planning, project tracking, documentation, change management and implementation.
- Securing operational quality and stability of new architecture is key criteria of the project
Skills:
- Broad network architecture knowledge
- Knowledge of ITIL based process framework
- Experience in transition to operation projects for network architectures
- Experience to manage complex projects in a changing environment
- Knowledge of project managing methods, PMI or Price certification would be great
- Combine project management skills with operational process knowledge
- Ability to specify concept documentation, operational guidelines, processes and RASCI matrices
- Ability to argue on team as well as on management level
- Strong customer oriented behavior
- High degree of communication and arguing skills
- Fluent in English and German language skills
- Broad network operational experience has to be brought into the project in addition to pure project management
