CM/CS planning unit supports globally all planning related issuesThe specialists :
- manage implementation and migration projects
- do consulting in improvement and optimization of local, regional, or global planning issues.
- support change management processes within SBUs
- support test phases in close cooperation with key users
- take responsibility in budgeting and project management.
In 2015 several improvements with regard to useability and maturity level of sales planning within the regions have been initialized; i.e. enlargement of ?handsfree? product parts, improvement of statistical forecast, start of active product segmentization, maintenance ease of control tables in global environment, proof of consistency of location mapping data entries, delivery of monthly reports for success control, realization of a portal for information and collaboration, etc.
In 2016 the consolidation of the aforementioned measurements shall take place. Therefore, change management for all contact persons within EU, NAFTA, and Asia shall be offered (via telephone conferences).
language skill: English (must), German (highly appreciated and preferred)
Location: Ludwigshafen/Mannheim area (travelling not to be expected most probably)
Capacity: part time, 20 hours/week on site
Anforderung:
SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management) ++ (trained), 0-2 yrs.
SAP APO (Advanced Planner and Optimizer) ++++ (excellent), > 4 yrs.
SAP APO DP (Demand Planning) ++++ (excellent), > 4 yrs.
SAP OTC (Order to Cash) +++ (good), 2-4 yrs.
Role/Skill/Task:
experienced SAP APO DP/ATP Consultant with business expert level expertise in distribution planning with APO DP
BASF project experience highly appreciated knowledge of processes of key user and end user able to customize APO DP according requirements via control tables, jobs, profiles etc.
- knowledge of relevant OTC processes, as customer orders are basis for APO DP data
- experienced in change management and consulting in global environment
- process oriented and analytical skill
- creation of pragmatic and creative solutions and their implementation (under priorization of alignment with standard processes )
- experienced with projects in complex environment and with interface between process, user and software
- APO ATP experience highly appreciated as activities in this environment are to be expected for 2016
