We are looking for a Project Manager Banking.

Location: Frankfurt a. Main
Duration: by arrangement

Responsibilities/Tasks:

Management of various bank-specific IT projects (applications, infrastructure, service)
Responsible for defining business requirements in partnership and collaboration with the business and obtaining sign-off
Liaises with programme / project managers, clients, and other stakeholders as appropriate as the business/functional counterpart for solution identification
Reviews business case(s) outlining cost impacts and value drivers of proposed solutions
Reviews feasibility studies and estimates
Responsible for Quality Assurance of project deliverables
Supports the prioritization of change requests

Experience/Exposure:

Individual must offer in depth knowledge of Account opening skills, KYC, Client On boarding skills – so must possess good knowledge of the actual mechanics of banking – specifically this area, including dependencies, remediation, etc.
To be able to visualise complicated facts and create professional PPs to present to governing authorities.
Must offer excellent stakeholder and communication skills
Needs to be a deliverer, i.e. delivery focussed.
Must have the expertise to successfully deal and liaise with IT, infrastructure, and all the associated business units
Will manage the transparencies arising from the regulatory bodies.
Sufficiently experienced to handle the Risk Management and Tracking elements of the project on behalf of the Relationship Manager
Will be involved in writing business requirement documentation, which will involve interacting with all the relevant business communities.
Ideally to have covered the CB&S side of banking, i.e. the securities Industry
Able to successfully coordinate client ownership
Able to get the documentation through GTB without complaint.
Have good data analysis skills, able to identify and review various client accounts, as well be sufficiently knowledgeable to know what obstacles are faced.
To aid with the creation of Management Strategy.
Create highly relevant and effective internal procedures and processes
Produce minutes from Steering Committee (there are 38 people on this)
Be able to transform difficult subject information into an easily to understand PP. I.e. provide a Helicopter / Holistic view)
Sufficiently experienced to create visualisation documentation.
Able to track people to ensure deadlines not missed.
Run with it without constant supervision from Relationship Manager.
