My client a financial organisation is looking for an IT Project Assistant with extensive experience of Real Time Market Data to join a project based in Eschborn, Germany.
The role of IT Project Assistant will involve the following tasks:
- your responsibilities include administrative support of software projects, particularly with regard to project and release management.
- You support the planning, coordination and control of projects, as well as their quality assurance in a challenging development environment.
- Create reports and presentations, preparing meetings and summarize the results.
- They monitor and coordinate the project reporting while maintaining the specified dates and deadlines.
Requirements
- Professional experience in Project Office/Assistance
- Organizational ability and communication skills and a high sense of responsibility
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Lotus Notes and SAP system desirable
- Very good German and English, spoken and written
