Tätigkeiten:
Verantwortlich für Materialstamm in SAP inkl. Anlage neuer Materialnummern, Änderungen, Datenpflege
Verantwortlich für Lieferantenstamm in SAP inkl. Anlage neuer Lieferanten, Änderungen
Vendor Info Records in SAP inkl. Anlage, Änderungen und Sperrung
Bestellungen in SAP inkl. Preisänderungen, Hilfestellung bei Banfen aus den Regionen
Kommunikation in SAP inkl. Zum Rollout (Intranet, Mails, Rundschreiben), zum kleineren Lieferanten
(Tagesgeschäft, Aktualisierung)
Unterstützung bei Auswertungen, Analysen, Reporting
Qualifikationen:
Hochschulabsolvent/in oder Berufsausbildung mit IHKAbschluss oder Fachhochschulabschluss mit
relevanter Erfahrung im Einkauf
Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und analytisches Denkvermögen
Gute MSOffice Kenntnisse und SAP MM
Selbständige Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
Gute Englischkenntnisse

A Procurement Specialist is needed in Dusseldorf for our client in Telecommunication to start asap on a
contract basis. Work eligibility in EU is required for application.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for material master in SAP incl. setting new material numbers, changes, data administration
Responsible for supplier master in SAP incl. setting new supplier, changes
Responsible for vendor inforecords in SAP incl. setting new vendor inforecords, changes and blocking
Order Management in SAP incl. Price changes, assisting banfen (purchase requisition)
Communication in SAP incl. to Rollout team through Intranet, Mails as well as to small suppliers according
to daily business and updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degress or IHK certification with relevant working experience in Procurement
Good in MSOffice and SAP MM module
Structured working style and strong analysis skills
A good team player who is able to work independently and proactive
Fluent German and English
