Einkauf Gruppenleiter/Procurement Groupleader­ Ein/e Gruppenleiter/in wird dringend in Düsseldorf für
unseren Kunden, eine internationale Firma im Bereich Telekommunikation, gesucht. Start: ab sofort.
Tätigkeiten:
­ Fachliche Führung der Gruppe zentrale Facheinkäufer
­ Mitarbeiterentwicklung, Mitarbeiterbeurteilung, fachliche Personalführung
­ Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung im Team
­ Steuerung der Ressourcen/Ressourcenplanung
­ Projektmanagement und Reporting
­ Budgetplanung und Sicherstellung der Budgeteinhaltung
­ Fachliche Leitung eines Fachgebiets
­ Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Einkaufs­ und Lieferstrategien
Qualifikationen:
­ Kaufmannisches oder technisches Studium oder vergleichbar mit mind. 3 Jahre einschlägige
Berufserfahrung
­ Gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in Personalführung und im Einkauf
­ Erfahrung in Projektmanagement
­ Erfahrung in Rollout­Einkauf ist wünschenswert
­ Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

A Procurement Group leader is needed in Dusseldorf for our client in Telecommunication to start asap on a
contract basis. Work eligibility in EU is required for application.
Responsibilities:
­ Professional leading the group of central procurement specialists
­ Developing and evaluation staffs
­ Assuring the target achievement of the team
­ Resource planning and controlling
­ Project management and reporting
­ Budget planning and controlling
­ Defining and implementing procurement and supply strategies
Qualifications:
­ Bachelor or above in Economics or technical education with at least 3months’ relating working experience
in Procurement
­ Good knowledge and experience in staff mangement and leading
­ Strong experience in Procurement and in Projectmangement
­ Experience in Rollout­Procurement is desirable
