Aufgaben:
• General info about the Reporting Database Project:
• Target of the project is to improve the availability of information and data around the IT Infrastructure Services and make the same available faster with less manual work and in better quality to enable a better analysis. To achieve the target, a phased approach will be used where a data foundation layer and a frontend will be implemented to fulfill a limited scope focusing on operational and financial data for the services provided by customers infrastructure supplier.
• Secondary target is to capture and prioritize additional requirements within customer (IT) and a recommendation on how to proceed with a potential next phase.
• The project is divided in different streams where we are looking for support in the area of requirements gathering with the main focus to:
• Gathering and prioritize additional requirements (not part of the first implementation phase – Alpha) for reporting from customer stakeholders
• Ensuring that the agreed requirements are implemented and communicated (Alpha Phase) by maintaining a dialogue with key stakeholder to test the solution and ensure that their requirements are fulfilled
• Establish a clear recommendation on how to proceed with a new phase e.g. which requirements to be implemented when based on a clear analysis
Fachliche Qualifikation:
• Outstanding project management skills
• Excellent knowledge in the specialist area
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge in Agile methodology
• Experience in conducting Workshops with “top Management”
• Knows the customers organization and possess a good network within the customers organization
• Customer orientation
• Team player
• Excellent English language skills

Volumen: 520 Std.
• Standort: Hannover, possibly conduct 1-3 workshops in different locations
(Reisezeiten: ca. 30 Std.)
