Our client, a leading financial services firm in Rhein-Main area is looking for an experienced Service Management Specialist. In this role you will support the project in a vertical support structure to ensure the application will be kept stable in production to ensure the go live dates for the upcoming releases this year.
To be successful in this role you will have the following experience:
• Proven track record of support / help desk experience
• Excellent incident and problem management skills - ITIL
• Previous application support experience
• Strong documentation skills
• UNIX and MySQL know how
• Fluent in English
• MS Office suite
• Application Break / Fix would be advantageous
