The Role

The UK PPC Account Manager will work closely with the Head of PPC and the rest of the PPC specialists within the team. The PPC Account Manager will be responsible for the internal control of PPC marketing campaigns across the UK market. You will be working as part of a dynamic PPC team.

The right candidate have to have a passion for paid search marketing as well as the knowledge to back it up, constantly strive to learn new skills and thrive in a dynamic workplace

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for management of budget, forecast & recommendation
  • Responsible for delivering ROI reporting to the region & make recommendations to make campaigns more profitable
  • Manage & Train the account executive(s)
  • Manage the executive list of tasks & review performance
  • Manage paid search campaigns across multiple engines, brands, geographies to meet the goals provided by the local marketing teams
  • Deliver in timely manner the weekly and monthly reporting to the web analyst, local marketing teams & the global online marketing manager
  • Communicate & Update the local marketing teams on the paid search performance, strategy & plan of action
  • The account manager fully understands & follows the local market seasonality & trends
  • Come up with new keyword suggestions, ad tiles & landing page designs to be tested on the accounts
  • Manage tasks posted through the webteam project platform, following the process given by the webteam
  • Able to explain performance changes & overall SEM strategy to local marketing teams & members of the company

Key Criteria

Essential:

  • Must be passionate about Search Marketing
  • Must have a technical and analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player
  • A very organised individual, with a structured approach to work and an ability to manage a demanding workload
  • Proven track record of outstanding PPC results
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident with Excel
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Highly developed problem solving skills
  • Hands on experience as well as experience of managing significant PPC budgets.

Desirable:

  • Experience with Bing
  • Experience in international markets
