• IT operations with solid understanding of operations requirements across services, technology and processes
• session logging and monitoring
• security event monitoring and correlation between session and security event logging
• log review models (manual, automated, random sampling)
• identity and access management incl. role based access
• least privileged access based on incident/change validation
• insight into the tools market around security solutions
• insight into impact of above solutions to daily IT operations
• Financial services experience
Technical requirements:
• network/offband (aka out-of-band) access
• Vmware
• Windows, Unix, Mainframe OS
• Database
• Middleware
• Bladelogic
• Balabit SCB
