Our client is a Company based in Munich. We are recruiting at the earliest convenience an IT-Project Manager (m/f) to manage IT contribution on Client side (infrastructure, desk side dependencies, environments, implementation of interface changes) and oversee Vendor activities and deliverables.
Current Situation:
Within the Front Office Program several projects are being launched on PEGA platform.
These projects are aiming at supporting mainly Client Facing functions with Case Management and integration functionality.
The projects are following PEGA SmartBPM methodology. Inception, elaboration and Quality Testing will be done by an external vendor.
Aufgaben:
- Project initiation, definition of project approach
- Effort estimation (incl. required budget after go-live (maintenance, operation, etc.), project planning, resource planning)
- Review of business requirements, functional requirements/ add non-functional requirements (performance test, …)
- Scope management
- Perform, monitor & control project
- Manage project resources (plan roll-on/ roll-off dates)
- Align with AD, AIM, test/ release management/ environment and architecture team, SMO, etc. and involve if required in projects
- Manage project contracts/ invoices incl. sign-off of external hours
- Order project related hardware
- Stakeholder management
- Issue management
- Dependency management (environments, source code changes, release management, etc.)
- Escalation management
- Project risk management
- Project reporting and communication
- Hand over into maintenance
- Lessons learned after projects (review actuals versus estimates/ required improvements, etc.)
- Coordination IT sign-offs
- Ensure compliance
- Support pre-studies/ create pdd’s
- Vendor management (overseeing, quality criteria, quality measures, acceptance)
Skills:
- Sound knowledge of project management processes
- Capability to adapt project management processes and Solution Delivery Processes to a particular project.
- Capability to manage scope, with or without Insurance know-how
- Strong capability of relationship building and managing on a peer-to-peer basis.
- Proven ability to manage complexity.
- Language skills (Local language + English)
- Experience with PEGA implementations is a plus.
