Responsibility
UTRAN (Huawei and NSN) of the Tx Access Network
Delivery:
UTRAN Planning guidelines regarding Soft- and HW releases for the Huawei and NSN Tx Access Network (Parameter dimensioning, feature negotiation with the vendors)
Test specifications for testing
Software specification (Requirements for the implementation in the planning tools
Specification of the Datafill concept
Management and agreement of design requirements (marketing, capacity, costs, operations, strategy, etc)
Defining RNC and Interface Capacity Dimensioning Rules and specify Counter Measurements Formulas
Required Skills, Know How and experience
Technology:
Mobile Networks: UTRAN (Huawei and NSN), HSDPA, MPLS, Performance management .. Ethernet and ATM Knowledge is important.
à Experience in writing Planning guidelines for the regions
Personal:
