Hardware Engineer - Western Germany - 6mths+ - competitive rates
My client, who are heavily involved in the Aerospace Sector are looking to recruit a number of Hardware Engineers on a contract basis.
The Key skills they seek are as follows:
Essential:
- Good working knowledge in VHDL
- Experience of using the DO-254 Standard
Desirable (You should have at least some of the following):
- Strong background in digital design/logic synthesis/FPGA design
- Familiarity with FPGA design tools (Xilinx, Altera)
- Good knowledge of network protocols (IEEE 802.3, ARINC 664, SAE 6802)
- Good knowledge of standard interfaces (SGMII, I2C, RS-232, EMIF, PCI)
- Good knowledge of the ARM architecture (TMS570)
Additional qualifications and experience that would be useful:
- Good working knowledge in Verilog-HDL
- Good knowledge of Power PC and Intel architecture
