Your tasks:
- Responsible for In-store Communication concept and Optimizing of visualization of the Brand in-store
- Develop and Monitoring of the visual merchandising taking into account the promotion calendar
- Ensuring excellent across design, mechanics and supply of in-store media
- Research, identify and evaluate new creative directions for visual merchandising solutions
- Develop collaboration toolkits for all in-store, promotional and decorative templates
- Pre-test and Post-test of media and analyses data to ensure full understanding of the effectiveness of POS
- Manage the photographing, producing, and writing of all in-store communications with agencies
- Identify and develop training opportunities to build visual merchandising skills in the countries
- Ability to identify the right agency/ network partners. Manage them efficiently and professionally
- Closely working together with other marketing departments
- Review store layout
Your qualifications
- University degree, preferably with a Marketing qualification
- At least three years international experience in Retail Marketing, preferably in Drugstores, Beauty-shops, Pharmacies or FMCG Retail
- Excellent understanding of consumers as shoppers and strong attention to detail for display and merchandising
- Solid experience in cooperation and steering of European and local lead agencies
- First experience in leading teams and ability to drive projects
- Used to working in a matrix organization and/ or within a corporate environment
- Creative and innovative person, who is well organized, ambitious and has excellent analytical, conceptual and communicational skills
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign
- Willing to travel frequently and at short notice
- Fluency in English is essential and German is beneficial
