Product Assurance, Quality Assurance Engineer
Friedrichshafen
Contract
We are looking for an experienced product and quality assurance engineer to focus on the Satellites mechanical, thermal and electrical areas and the development of Satellite components and systems.
Your tasks:
Responsible for planning, supervision and implementation of project-related product assurance tasks, in particular:
*creation of project-specific product assurance plans
*Definition of product assurance requirements and internally for subcontracting and their control
*Participation in the preparation and approval of technical documentation
(eg RAMS analyzes, components, Material and Process Qualification) and project reviews
*implementation/support of production monitoring, inspection, testing and acceptance
*coordination, implementation and monitoring of product assurance tasks internally and with subcontractors, with respect to development, manufacturing and testing
*Analysing quality problems. Create the necessary reports, documentation and troubleshooting.
*detection, investigation and analysis of vulnerabilities in physical processes and procedures as well as introduction and Monitoring of corrective actions
*preparation and conduct of audits (by STI and contractors)
*coordination of product acceptance documentation (End Item Data Package)
Your profile:
*Degree in Engineering, Physics or equivalent qualification
*experience with standards in space (ECSS, ESCC, MIL,)
*Extensive experience in product protection for industrial and/or space projects
*Independent work, responsibility and flexibility
*High team spirit, good organizational and communication skills
*Ready for incorporation into new topics and technologies
*Good command of German and fluent English in speech and writing
