For one of our clients we are looking for Content Strategist

Target of tasks:
Within the scope of the new client’s platform launch (automotive industry) in the European markets from beginning 2015 onwards, a consolidated strategy for aftersales marketing content and its representation on the new platform should be designed.
Currently different European markets have a different content quality, quantity and structure in place for aftersales topics. Taxonomy and labelling of aftersales content is inhomogeneous.
Goal is to develop a Pan European aftersales marketing content strategy as a master concept.

Main tasks:
1. Content Audit: A detailed analysis of current state content quality and performance including all asset types such as videos, images, copy, incl. content aggregation and segmentation (For: DE, NL, IT, ES, FR)
2. Competitive Assessment: The Competitive Assessment is a review of other sites. Choice of competitive sites may be based on similar domains, similar functionality.
3. Content Recommendations: This document includes current-state assessment along with future-state content recommendations incl. gap analysis.

• Automotive experience ideally in Content with „Aftersales“
• Content Audit
• Competitive Assessment

Duration: 9 weeks, (4 weeks 100%, 5 weeks 10-15%)
