The Job Description is as follows:
- The HR Payroll Process Specialist will be responsible for working to recognized ERP principles, deploy, enhance and maintain the corporate SAP HR systems to meet business and statutory requirements.
- Provide leadership and support for multinational SAP HR implementations.
- Analyse and interpret both new internal and external business requirements.
- Review and re-engineer processes, taking into account ERP global practices and procedures.
- Design integrated SAP HR solutions taking into consideration full functional impacts.
- Document and test solutions.
- Communicate clearly and effectively new process solutions and systems changes and Address training needs arising out of new or changing processes.
- Understanding of SAP Payroll solution capability, design, and configuration and extensive experience in either a Payroll function or SAP Payroll support role.
- Basic knowledge of all SAP HR modules and ability to apply changes using risk management techniques.
