Your tasks:
- Design & document processes according to internal documentation standards
- Standardize IT support processes and support process deployment activities
- Apply lean principles, identify and reduce waste in processes
- Organize workshops and achieve results in an independent and competent way
Your qualifications
- Good understanding of development standards and processes (e.g. Agile)
- Good ITIL know-how
- Sound understanding of infrastructure technology and/or hosting/cloud approaches
- Good Cloud Business understanding
- Strong communication capabilities
- Professional English skills
