Duties:
Support synthesis workshops, Create UX deliverables such as:
- user stories
- use cases
- screen flows
- clickable mock-ups
- do end user validations
- adapt UX design
- support implementation phase
Also
- Create UX training material
- Run UX design trainings
- Do UX consistency checks
- Extend/maintain standard & guidelines
- 1st level support on design questions
