Beschreibung

Unix / Lunix / Windows software support
- Deal with incidents registered by level 1 of Help Desk
- Supports the local/virtualize operating systems (includes the network configuration and pre-requisites)
- Deployment of all corrective actions (OS version, patch, technology level and bios)
- Deployment and update of all corporate software including pre-requisites
- Local account management
- Access to level 3 manufacturers/software editor (IBM, SUN, MICROSOFT, REDHAT, DEBIAN and SUZE)
- Validate and improve the Service Desk Guide to optimize the incident management
- Update and solve all REMEDY-incident assigned to this resolver group

Unix/specific PC hardware support
- Deal with incidents registered at level 1 of Help Desk.
- Level 2 diagnosis and repair (replace defect parts with identical or superior characteristics material validated by the manufacturer).
- Call the manufacturer and follow up its actions
- Manage the Airbus Helicopters spare part.
- Update and solve all REMEDY-incident assigned to this resolver group.
- Update REMEDY-asset if necessary
- IMACD
