1st/2nd Line Support/Helpdesk/Desktop Support
Contract - Munich
My clients based They require an experienced Desktop & Server Support Consultant.
GERMAN & ENGLISH SPEAKING ROLE.
Requirements:
Installation, configuration of Windows client operating systems (XP, Vista & 7) and Linux (RHEL 3-6).- Excellent Troubleshooting Skills in Hardware and operating systems (XP,Vista,7 and RHEL).
Experience in VMWare environments.
Application/package management in Windows and Linux.
Patch management in Windows & Linux (RHEL).
Specific infrastructure support functions (ex. Backups, hardware repair, terminal server, SAMBA administration, remote console).
Installation and administration of HPUX, Solaris workstations.
Application software installation, troubleshooting of software installations.
Breakfix support for HPUX/Solaris/Linux workstations.
Knowledge in Network and Storage connectivity.
Immediate interview and start - MONDAY 16th July START!
