RIC Manager
We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunication company, for a RIC Manager to join their project in Germany.
Position Title: RIC Manager
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: November 2015
Duration: 3 months rolling
Location: South Germany
Responsibilities:
- Single point of contact for the customer and the swap teams
- Handling and planning of the RIC engineers & subcontractors
- Overall Swap coordination concerning the RIC
- Adjustment of planned swaps and solid drive tests
- Reporting to customer and Project Management
- Overall Process and procedure implementation and development
- Responsibility for overall resource schedules and planning
- Controlling and improvement of the RIC performance
- Performance Reporting to the customer and the project management
- Development and maintenance of databases and performance reports
- Downtime tracking and analysing of the downtimes
- Ensure that data fill will be available and implemented on time
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Background in telecommunication & Project management.
- Experience with preparation of integration.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in team.
- Good adaptability in an international environment.
- Customer oriented, good subcontractor and priorities management.
- Good level in English and fluent in German.
