Troubleshooting and support the user in handling any IT equipment like laptop, blackberry
Troubleshooting skills on VPN connectivity, dial up, wireless Routers
Knowledge on Active Directory, domain controllers etc
Basic understanding of IT processes (ITIL)
Very good German skill and good English skill
Knowledge on TCP/IP Networks and Network hardware
Good interpersonal and communication skills (German/English)
Customer service orientation and ability to work in a team
Excellent Softskill, Communications skills (Voice & Email) to handle global customers (Native German and acceptable English)
Well costumer facing appearance
Ability to perform in adverse situations
Self-organised working
German and English
Kow how on enduser IT equipment like PC/laptop/Blackberry/Phones and how to troubleshoot hardware and connection issues
