Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen Consultant (m/w) Exchange 2013 Migration.
Skills:
Deep technical understanding of Exchange 2013 coexistence environment or experience with other long-lasting migration projects with coexistence phases. We will have a 6-8 month coexistence phase with regions that will be migrated in different time-frames.
Technical understanding of the different kind of client connections during the coexistence of Exchange (Autodiscover, legacy Exchange 2007 routing, Exchange 2013 proxy/redirect, Outlook configuration per prf files…). Client has a very complex client-environment that is currently also in transition to new builds. There are many different legacy clients (Win XP, Outlook 2007), interim clients, new client-builds, multiple different Citrix environments with XA/XD usage.
Troubleshooting of Exchange 2013. During ramp-up phase there might occur issues where project-team has to support the delivery teams in trouble-shooting and analysis.
Powershell scripting: complex automations are needed for migration (mailbox/public folder) and installation. Good experience in writing complex scripts for automations is needed
Deep knowledge of best practices for Exchange 2013 on virtualized servers as the Exchange 2013 environment for the regions will be built on ESX farms.
Other knowledge: good understanding of the functionality of Enterprise Vault, F5 Load balancer, Active Directory, processes. A lot of tasks has to be requested and explained by the project-team.
