QA/Test Engineer with a strong Java development background - English language speaking business working environment
You will probably have a QA/Test background but be familiar with the Java stack development environment and Software development life cycle in general.
Alternatively you will have a Java development background but a strong knowledge of and approach to testing.
Required skills:
- Java Enterprise (JEE)
- Spring
- Selenium web driver
- Knowledge of technical Web applications
- Knowledge of the agile methodology (Scrum)
- Understanding of testing processes and time constraints
- Knowledge of test automation
- fluent English, written and spoken
Additional nice to have skills:
- ISTQB certified
- Linux
- JBoss
- Hibernate
- Build pipeline with continuous integration and nightly builds Jenkins, Sonar, experience
- Familiarity with TDD
Tasks:
- participate in the design of the application and design its testability and traceability
- build test Strategy and test plans with Quality managers, Product Definition Engineer and Software Engineers
- develop automated tests and test scripts to perform functional, regression and non-functional validations across the different phases of the software development cycle.
