For our customer, a global automotive supplier, we are currently looking for a Resident Engineer (f/m) in the greater area of Stuttgart.
Start date: 01.07.2015
Duration:12 month (probably extended)
Location:greater area of Stuttgart
Tasks
*Technical key contact person between Customer engineering and client
*Clarifies mechanical and electrical interfaces with Customer
*Provides technical support and assistance to Customer engineering and validation departments
*Supports all activities necessary to manage the testing/validation of clients products at the Customer as well as vehicle integration
*Coordinates the change activities and supports the flawless introduction of engineering changes at the Customer
Skills
*Finalized Engineering Studies (electronics, mechatronics or mechanics)
*Professional experience in automotive industry min. 3 years
*Experience on system/sub-system development projects of mechatronic products
*Familiar with diagnosis tools: CANalyser, CANoe and Monaco
*Familiar with Daimler Portals: EPDM and Doc-Master
*Outstanding autonomous and pro-active working method
*Experience with FlexRay, high speed CAN, LIN network, XCP and diagnostic
*Knowledge of system safety for automotive products (Failure Tree Analysis, Preliminary Hazard Analysis, ASIL levels)
Languages:
*German and English fluent
