Java Developer (JSP, Servlets, JFace, PL/SQL, GWT)
My client in Cologne, Germany got in touch this morning with a request for an experienced, German speaking Java Developer.
The role is situated within the Insurance industry and offers the successful candidate the chance to establish themselves with one of Germany's most reputable organisations.

Successful candidates should have:
- At least 5 years of strong working experience as a software developer
- Strong OOP skills with Java
- As a senior developer, you should be able to solve small architectural tasks independently
- Familiarity with databases such as PL/SQL, Oracle or SQL.
- Should be in independent and ready to pick up any additional skills as required for the project
- German language skills
Depending upon experience, the role can pay anywhere up to €400/day and my client are due to begin interviews immediately.
The project is expected to last at least 12 months and consequently chances of contract extension are very high.
