Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,für unseren Endkunden mit Sitz im Raum Frankfurt suchen wir zur nachfolgenden Anfrage:
Systems Engineer (m/f)
Basic Function:
• Assists with or may be responsible for designing, defining, and implementing system requirements for complex customer systems and/or preparing studies and analyzing for existing systems.
• Supports work on problems of a diverse scope where analysis of data requires a review of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
• Core function:
o Assists with determining customer requirements and communicate to internal teams
o Supports customer change requests
o Assists with delivery of product that meets specifications (timing / testing / issues)
Accountabilities:
• Assists with system specifications, input/output processes and working parameters for electrical/ hardware/ software compatibility required by the customer for assigned subsystems.
o Assists with the definition, design and integration of total system. Includes systems modeling, experimentation and data analysis, system testing.
o May be responsible for subsystems of the overall design.
o Responsible for system level evaluation either with vehicle interface of internal product design and testing for compliance of components by specifications.
• Assists with the technical portion of the CRA (change request authorization), and creation and maintenance of the PDD (Product Definition Document).
• Depending on specific assignment in systems team:
o May be responsible for communication with customer and/or the resident engineers regarding design definition.
o May be responsible for communication with factory engineering, and validation engineering regarding design/test issues
o Supports coordination electrical/software/mechanical design and determines most appropriate implementation trade-off (e.g. electrical -VS- software) of design.
o May provide on-site engineering support for the assigned customer, collaborating in all program phases from initial concept to program end.
• May perform project management duties when working with suppliers for requirements development, etc.
• Communicates customer program timing requirements and completion of program milestones to management and engineering lead. Ensures that all program steps comply with established customer program processes.
• May also identify and troubleshoot quality and manufacturing issues.
Qualifications:
• Four-year college degree in a related engineering field, or 5 year’s working as an engineer in related field required
• 3 years’ experience in one of the following:
o Embedded microprocessor electronics, or software design
o Voice Recognition design or development
o Bluetooth technology design or development
o Navigation / GPS / Gyro design or development
o Background in the identification and application of Human Factors (HF) Engineering principles in the design, development, test or deployment of large scale software development systems.
o Automotive specific systems engineering experience
? VR / BT / Connected services / Displays / Touchpanels
? Related automotive specific experience
• Other desired skills:
o Specific experience in electronics-manufacturing environment preferred.
o Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Windows-based databases as appropriate to the position and assignment.
o Experience with ASpice/Doors/RTC
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Desired - Fluent English/German/Japanese verbal and written language
• Travel may be necessary
Start: ab sofort bzw. zeitnah
Laufzeit: 6 Monate (+ Option auf Verlängerung)
