Programme Management - Regulatory Reporting - MiFID - Centralised Securities Depositories Regulations - Investment Banking - Frankfurt, German - Securities Industry
One of our major clients, a leading International Investment bank has asked us to secure, on a consultancy basis, an experienced Programme Director or Senior Programme Manager to run a brand new mission critical regulatory reporting programme.
The person we seek is resident in Germany, so able to commute to Frankfurt - Speaks fluent German and English. Please note we are not considering anyone that lives outside the geographical location nor seeking to pay flights or accommodation costs.
Key Skills and Experience sought:

To have worked in the Securities Industry (so gained a good understanding of how it operates, products covered, etc.)

To offer good knowledge of MiFID and other regulatory reporting subjects.

To have covered the entire life cycle of a global program (ie from start to finish) and be accustomed to working upon projects/programs which have taken a number of years to complete.

Ideally to have secured some knowledge of Central Securities Depositories Regulations (or at least be aware of)

To offer solid people and program management skills

To offer excellent stakeholder skills

Must be an EC/EU resident living in Germany (easy commutable to Frankfurt)

Must offer fluent English and German verbal and written skills

We seek someone that enjoys having a tremendous amount of responsibility. Able to manage an array of projects at any given time. Be a strong leader of staff and management. Able to develop firm and respectful associations with the Business Community and Stakeholders. To also be prepared to stay on the program until it has been successfully completed.
