My international financial client is looking for an experienced Linux Application Administrator to join a Trading and Customer Application Operations team that operates applications for trading platforms and bindings. This ensures Trading and Customer Application Operations for the smooth setup, continuous, fault-tolerant operation and incident management of applications. They will take over as the application administrator's tasks in this team.
Business Profile:
- Administration and monitoring of trading applications and market applications for internal and external customers.
- Participation in architecture, setup and implementation of new applications, definition and implementation of technical acceptance tests.
- Planning and execution of production operations
- Analysis and management of production and security incidents
- Preparation and review of operational documentation. Conducting internal training for the Application Support
Requirements:
- Senior Application Administrator on Linux
- Experience in the administration of applications under the RedHat JBoss
- Enterprise Service Bus Fuse
- Experience in Administration Messaging Platform RedHat JBoss MQ-A
- Knowledge of Shell Programming/Perl programming.
- Good knowledge of Apache/Tomcat/SSL (Certificate management) desirable
- Very good command of German in speaking and writing.
- Willingness to work in 2 shifts and on-call duties.
