Senior IT Engineer (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Third level incident and problem management
- Second level incident and problem management of the application infrastructure
- Order management
- Installation of new releases, updates and bug fixes
- Integration tests
- Documentation of all installations, changes, processes and product releases, CMDB updates
- Application and infrastructure specific monitoring
- System migration (to new server or new system release)
- Support upcoming design requests with specific operational know-how
- Communication with customer and system vendor
- Function as Team lead (onsite and offshore)
Your qualifications
- Experience in Trouble Ticket System (HP Service Manager 7), knowledge of service management processes based on ITIL, experience with SLA-oriented way of working and handling ticket system
- Fluent English in spoken and written form
- Able to consult on technical designs and new features
- Documentation skills (for example creation of Operation Manuals or Standard Operation Procedures)
- Expertise in Opentext Archive Server (Version LEA 10 and LEA 10.5)
- Extended experience in Perl scripting
- Familiarity with DM (Documents Management) and usage of DocuLink with SAP integration
