Embedded Software Developer Satellite/AMFM radio (m/f)

We are looking for two experienced embedded software developers (m/f), one for Satellite Digital Audio Radio Services (SDARS) and another for AMFM core development for the infotainment industry in the North of Germany starting within the next 3 months. Your Responsibilities: Your role will include Designing Software with UML Embedded software/ tuner algorithm development in ANSI / MISRA C for the SDARS Core by using the SiriusXM SMSe, SXe and SXi or the AMFM Core Software Development in ANSI / MISRA C++ / Qt for the SDARS (AMFM) Service Tool Plug in Performing unit tests Preparing software documentation Reviewing design, implementation and documentation Configuration management for documents and source code files Effort estimation for development activities Bug analysis and fixing Field test and certification support Your Profile: You come from a solid software development background preferably in the area of Radio or automotive Infotainment and have: some years experience with embedded real time software development in ANSI / MISRA C++ automotive project experience in general automotive SPICE experience Good knowledge and experience with UML desirable: experience with SDARS, especially SiriusXM SMSe, SXe and SXi OR desirable: experience with AM/FM Tuner development, e.g. RDS, TMC, RT, AF, HD Radio ideally: some experience with requirements engineering Tool experiences: Enterprise Architect, Visual Studio, QNX Momentics, JIRA, SVN, PC Lint, QNX, Linux, Windows Good negotiation skills Solution oriented thinking ideally: some leadership experience with coordinating small teams English: mandatory, German: advantageous Bachelor or Master degree in (Technical) Computer Science or Electronic Engineering Your application: Does this position sound interesting for you?
