Your tasks:
- Development of quality and cost optimized test programs for the production test of complex system-on-chip (SoC) products with digital, analog and RF functions
- Development of device-specific test patterns
- Verification of the functionality and robustness of test pattern deliveries from circuit design
- Drive the methodology to increase test development productivity at the interface between design and test development
- Definition of the test concept and the test specification together with the project partners
Your qualifications
- Practical experience with electronic measurement equipment
- Programming skills in C++
- Working experience with Semiconductor test on automated test equipment (ATE)
- Experience with Advantest 93000 test systems
- Experience in the design of Testability (DfT)
- Knowledge in System-on-chip (SoC) and System-in-Package (SiP) design
