For our client we are searching for a Lead Salesforce Administrator (m/f).Location: Berlin
Duration: ASAP, 3MM+
- 5+ years of SFDC customization / development.
- Very good understanding of how Salesforce can help to support sales processes and revenue generation.
- Mastery of all SFDC key objects like accounts, contacts, opportunities, expenses, requests, activities, cases etc.
- Coverage of SFDC administrative items such as authorization, e-mail services, approvals, workflows, reports, dashboards, tasks and events and Salesforce Data Loader.
- Design of SFDC custom formula fields, approval processes for automated alerts, field updates, and e-mail generation according to application requirements.
- Integration of SFDC with other third party applications.
- Support / management of environments and sandboxes for development and QA.
- Experience with Visualforce, APEX, or SFDC development is a plus.
- Experience with DocuSign is a plus.
- Deep understanding of application development and maintenance (system integration) including traditional and agile implementation methodology.
- Analytical mindset, ability to break down, understand and structure complex topics.
- Excellent communication skills to both clearly explain systems and to gather needs and requirements from business customers.
- Team player with can-do attitude experienced in driving cross-entity initiatives rather than working separately.
- Project management skills. Ability to break down and plan work based on priorities as well as available time, capacity, skills etc.
- Good general understanding of business processes including product development, procurement, finance, HR.
- Fluent in business English.
