Position description
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities (should only be considered as examples and job

* Support and Monitoring
* Test support for change and projects
* Incident Management (ITIL)
* Change Management, Standardization HW * SW
* 2nd and 3rd level support
* Problem Analysis and solving, Problem management, 3rd level support (involving
Vendors).
* Performance- and Capacity Management of Systems
* Incident- and Problem handling as well as organization and implementation of
technical changes
* Contribution to projects covering implementation of new Application Systems
* Integration of Application Systems into high-availability solutions
* Production assurance, integration of Application Systems into central Monitoring- and
Security services
* Audit verification support
* QA test definition and execution
Person Specification
Knowledge Primary:
- Deep Knowledge in Solaris- and Linux-Server - Script- and Shell programming
- Mastering Cluster-Technologies (SUN Cluster, Veritas Cluster)
- Virtualization techniques (SUN LDOM, Solaris Container, XEN, KVM)
- 3rd Level System Support in the area of FrontOffice/BackOffice/Markets and Trading for CIB
- Installation, Administration and operation of Solaris- and Linux-based Server Systems in complex,
internationally networked environments
- Knowledge in Websphere MQ and MQFTE, Message Broker
- Performance- and Capacity Management of Systems
- Incident- and Problem handling as well as organization and implementation of technical changes
- Contribution to projects covering implementation of new Application Systems
- Integration of Application Systems into highavailability solutions
- Production assurance, integration of Application Systems into central Monitoring- and Security
servicesWorking knowledge of Banking business structures

Qualifications /Training
- University degree in information technologies or equivalent education/experience
