For one of our clients we are looking for a Business Process Consultant

Main Task:
• Analysis of new and existing business processes.
• Reviews of business and technical requirement documents.
• Preparation and supervision of the Inlife transition of new technical solutions.
• Coordination of 3rd Parties during integration phase, as IT Services and external vendors (Logistics, DMS, Print, etc.)
• Setup of business process monitoring and reporting
• Setup of KPI-Reporting
• Setup and implement business process documentation library incl. update-mechanism
• Review and update the business process documentation


Required Skills:
• General Telco experience, esp. prepaid business
• Experience in CRM and Billing systems and Customer Service processes
• Experience in Business process reporting and documentation
• Knowledge of CDRator internal processes
• Knowledge of relational databases
• excellent analytical skills
• hands-on character
• Presentation skills


Start: December(January - also an option)
Duration: 6 months+
