Beschreibung
We ar looking for a Senior Project manager aswell as for a Project Manager to support our customer on several, partially allready ongoing Projects.General information:
• experience with projects in a validated environment
• Start date: asap
• Contract duration: 31.12.2016; Projects will be ongoing till end of 2018
• Extension: might be possible
• Work location: Basel
• Remote: 2 days per week are possible (prior to agreement)
• Travelling: 10%, mainly in Europe (Rotkreuz (CH) and Prenzberg (DE), rarely San Francisco (US)
Different projects in Medical and Scientific space in Diagnostics IT which the Project Manager will be working on. Some of the projects have already started, but are still in the Initial phase:
- Clinical Data Warehouse
- Study Registry
- Electronic Trial Master File Program interface
- Medidata Rave assessment
The Project Manager will split his time on different projects.
Task and responsibilities:
• Project Management
• Stakeholder Management (incl. Vendors)
• Coordination of development activities
• Business analysis
• Creation and maintenance of documentation
• Managing programs and project
• Ensuring performance in terms of costs quality and deadlines.
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of experience for the Senior Project Manager, 3 years for the Project Manager
• Experience in pharmaceutical environment
• Excellent communication skills
• English fluently
• Self-reliant
Nice to have:
+++ GxP and CSV experience
++ Pharma experience (PMM framework and processes)
++ MS Project experience
++ Experience with Medical & Clinical space. E.g. experience with clinical systems (managing trials, samples, key opinion leaders.).
++ SaaS experience
