For a client in Munich, we are looking forSpecialists Service Desk (m/f)
Windows/Linux/Macintosh/Network
(unlimited permanent work contract)
Tasks:
- Processing incidents and service request in the ticketing system
- Resolving incidents and service requests in the first line of support for various areas
(Windows, Linux, MAC OSX, Network, Telephony, Videoconferencing) depending on available expertise
- Providing the user support in above mentioned areas
- Preparing the technical documentation
- Active cooperation with employees from other departments

Anforderung:
Cisco ++++ (excellent), > 4 yrs.
Cisco CCNA ++++ (excellent), > 4 yrs.
MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) ++++ (excellent), > 4 yrs.
ITIL ++++ (excellent), > 4 yrs.
- Experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of ITIL Best Practices (ITIL Foundation Certification desirable)
Following technical certifications would be desirable:
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
- Apple Certified Associate
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
Languages:
- English proficiency of C1 according to the CEFR
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent team player
- Valid work permit within EU countries
