+++ Wanted: Testmanager (m/w) ASAP Cologne, Germany +++A large European Cable Operator is looking for a Testmanager (m/w) in Cologne, Germany.
When: ASAP
The Manager of the Test Center of Excellence will be responsible for testing and Quality management within CIO.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage all CIO Partners and vendors to test our software releases. Including off shore and near shore testing resources
- Use expert knowledge to guide the strategic direction of CIO Delivery team in testing, quality management, and delivery/cost efficiency initiatives
- Explore market trends and opportunities to improve testing strategy, methodologies, tools and standardized reporting.
- Conduct ongoing knowledge sharing workshops between the Affiliates, Vendors and Corporate Teams
- Manage TCOE program engagement process ensuring optimal assignment of resources, documentation, technology and reporting
- Conduct monthly written/verbal retrospectives of TCOE assigned programs to executive management
Context/Environment:
- Position is within the CIO Department
- Position is based in Amsterdam
- International travel required (weekly fly-backs to home city are allowed)
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Education level: Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Testing methodologies (Esp. ISTQB)
- Management skills (presentation, training, test reporting, financial reporting)
- Expert knowledge on Test Automation, standardization and Quality management processes
++ Esp. Expert knowledge in TMMi model (Test Maturity Model Integration) ++
Extended knowledge in:
- QA and Testing Methodologies
- Agile Testing Methodologies (Certified Agile Tester)
