We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Monitoring and Reporting Expert (m/f) for one of our clients ( (labour leasing contract, AÜG).

Responsibilities:
The System Engineer – IT Infrastructure Monitoring and Reporting expert will join the Data and Network Section and there provide 2nd/3rd level engineering development, maintenance and support services for the existing IT Monitoring and Reporting infrastructures.
The System Engineer – IT Infrastructure Monitoring and Reporting expert shall provide technical expertise in the following areas: Provide 3rd level support for the client's operational central IT Infrastructure Monitoring and Reporting environment in close co-operation with colleagues from application and system support areas. These infrastructure consists of components such as monitoring and reporting systems and applications; Ensure the day-to-day operations, including monitoring, identifying any need for preventive or remedial maintenance such as fine-tuning and capacity planning throughout the use of diagnostic tools; Investigate, diagnose and resolve incidents and problems; Analyse and perform migration of systems/applications into the central monitoring environment; Perform detailed technical analysis of proposed new technical monitoring solutions; Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation; Plan, prepare, test and implement maintenance activities; Maintenance and development of the IT Service Management Portal; Provide training to 1st and 2nd level support staff with new procedures and techniques;

Mandatory skills: Very good command of English and at least of another European language with proven drafting ability (minimum comparable to Europass level B2); Advanced university degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Physics
