Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,für unseren Endkunden mit Sitz in Essen und Düsseldorf suchen wir ab 01.06.15 externe Unterstützung (3 Mitarbeiter) im Bereich Senior Business Analyse (2) sowie Junior Cosultant(1) for SHARP.
Aufgabe
For this Project, 3 Resources are needed, the split is as follows:
2 Senior Business Analyst for SHARP Gas Dispatch Solution Definition project to
• Identify and prioritize the business capabilities.
• Identify and maximize the synergies with the power application landscape.
• Define the target model for the application landscape in all markets.
• Recommend the core solution(s) for the application landscape.
• Define the implementation plan / roadmap (targeting a modular plan, by function and market).
• Prepare and manage the tender process for cross market gas dispatch"
• Knowledge in Balancing Cycle Management
1 BA / PM support / Junior Consultant for SHARP Gas Dispatch Solution Definition project to
• Identify and prioritize the business capabilities.
• Identify and maximize the synergies with the power application landscape.
• Define the target model for the application landscape in all markets.
• Recommend the core solution(s) for the application landscape.
• Define the implementation plan / roadmap (targeting a modular plan, by function and market).
• Prepare and support the tender process for cross market gas dispatch
• Support the ‘typical’ project management tasks, such as planning, managing the project team, identifying and managing risks, dependencies and conflicts, managing and delivering to a plan / deadline, budget control, meeting / workshop preparation. "
Soft-Skills
Strong documentation skills, functional and technical. Strong experience of the preparation of the functional requirements for vendor selections, specifically in the gas operations function. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to steer and collaborate with Junior support.
Fach-Skills
• Expertise from previous projects within the gas operations and dispatch function, with a working knowledge of nominations and gas assets / contract management.
• Experience in gas portfolio modelling and portfolio data standardization
• Experience and strong expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering and requirements prioritsation.
• Experience of large scale vendor selections in the dispatch space
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills."
