ENVIRONNEMENT:
The Cloud Ops initiativeof the customer was launched to support the evolution of customer towards digital. It aims at enabling our customers to rapidly develop end-to-end solutions by offering services that are perfectly aligned to business needs.
In order to provide standardized architectures and services, convergence, cost efficiency and reduced time to market in the development of new business services and offers, Cloud Ops is deploying OpenPaaS, a strategic open source platform based on Redhat OpenShift. The platform will be leveraged across the world and is designed to meet the needs of multiple entities.
As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for the service introduction of this platform service in an agile way. If you like the challenge of introducing leading edge technologies in an international environment, join our team of strong technology experts, architect and product owner.

Scope:
- OpenPaaS build, feature evolution, client on-boarding
- Integration within Cloud Ops

DOMAINS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
• Take appropriate actions and decisions to meet the objectives of the program
• Manage the governance, prioritization, planning and scheduling to enable successful delivery of the program he/she manages
• Contribute to and support the implementation of the project management framework
• Manage all aspects of a program including resources, key milestones, budgets, deliverables, reporting and project portfolio
• Direct, lead and oversee multiple project managers
• Apply the program management framework and assure project management quality



MISSIONS:
• Review and negotiate projects plans and schedules, maintaining full accountability for the delivery of the program in his/her scope
• Contribute to program management strategy, processes and tools to support effective delivery
• Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor and control the performance of the project portfolio of program in his/her scope
• Monitor and manage the program budget and expenditure to ensure projects and programs are delivered to agreed budgetary commitments
• Prepare and gain sign off for program budgets
• Identify and track risks, issues and alerts on program and ensure appropriate action plans are established and actively monitored
• Act as liaison between Cloud Ops and various technical and business communities to ensure alignment with their own change activities and promote continuous collaboration
• Manage the progress of projects portfolio in his/her scope to ensure execution is in accordance with defined plans
• Communicate relevant and timely information to stakeholders to ensure visibility of progress, budget/expenditure, risks, issues and associated with delivery
• Manage procurement and contract matters in conjunction with Finance
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• Project Management Experience:
• Minimum 5 years project delivery experience
• Experience in end to end delivery of service introduction projects
• Good experience in agile planning, release planning & familiarity with Scrum
• Experience in project & program budgeting and costing
• Good experience operating model definition and implementation, including service costing & pricing.
• Experience in remote project team collaboration and 3rd party supplier management
• Good experience with stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and team building skills

Technical Experience:
• Good experience in performing technical pre-sales activities
• Very good understanding of cloud & web technologies
• Experience in creating and reviewing technical architectures is a plus

• Experience in team management
• Good aptitude in relationship management with large amount of stakeholders
• Work and get results in international teams and multi-cultural environment
• Work with minimal direct guidance, self-motivated and proactive
