Beschreibung:

Job Purpose: Providing non-executive sponsorship and programme management for the Data Centre Health check programme. Ensuring delivery with appropriate governance and internal and external transparency.

Key Accountabilities:?
- Lead the Network health check of the data centres and oversee any identified remediation and resolution activities, through structured programme approach.
- Manage through programme governance, all initiatives from early inception to successful end of warranty to ensure formal rigour is applied to the programme.
- Develop and maintain internal and external executive support and sponsorship, to ensure sufficient internal and external stakeholder buy-in to enable delivery of the Data Centre health check.
- Resolve prioritisation issues to ensure that the programme is adequately staffed.
- Creation and maintenance of a health check tracking approaches to ensure all initiatives, their value and investment costs issues can be monitored at a programme Level
- Influence Domain Leads and management team to ensure the needs of Operating Companies and the Health Check Agenda are understood and the programme is treated as a priority.
- Manage the resolution of inter-dependencies between projects and mitigation of risks and issues to ensure that the programme can be swiftly delivered
- Resolve escalated, complex architectural, process and service requirements and issues generated to ensure smooth implementation completion.

Measures:?
- Delivery of Programmes to time, cost and quality measures.
- Positive feedback from Operating Companies and Regional and Global Executives regarding the delivery of the programme and through on-going engagement, deliver improved customer confidence in the capability and our ongoing service security.
- Fully resourced programmes at all times
- All risks have mitigating actions and inter-dependencies have plans to resolve, within x days of identification
- Feedback from Project Teams in the support and timeliness of resolution of complex issues
- Feedback from users of the Infrastructure as fit for purpose

Anforderungsprofil:/Skills:?
- Exceptional Senior Executive Stakeholder Management
- Senior Programme Management experience
- Strategic understanding of IT Services and Technology
- English Language essential, German language desired.
- Ability to compare and surmise business, commercial and technical requirements and make appropriate recommendations.
- Experience of managing Data Centre related Network programmes
- Ability to build-up and maintain relationships with customers (Operating Companies).
- Ability to demonstrate out of box thinking and constructively challenge the status quo
- Strong management skills held within a technical environment, displaying proven ability to develop and deliver IT solutions and services.
- Self driven and highly result oriented
- Ability to communicate / present ideas & solutions to audiences of all levels / nationalities adapting style accordingly.
