Task:The new position owner (m/f) has to be able to analyse and develop business requirements with the global teams and schedule and implement them, following SDM and applying architecture and security and control standards. In addition to that an Oseries version upgrade and further tech refresh projects (e.g. WAS and SQL server upgrade) have to be completed this year.
Requirements (Must have):
Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge of mainframe and client server technology
- Good knowledge of and experience with Vertex O series
- Broad and comprehensive knowledge of technology, Solution Delivery Methodology, security and controls and project management.
- Excellent business analysis skills, communication and presentation skills
- Passion for understanding the Finance/Tax business as well as financial and project management processes
- Strong analytical skills, and the ability to identify root cause of business concerns; to understand and predict business motivators.
Language skills:
- Fluent in German and English, (spoken and written)
Supervisory Skills:
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills, and the ability to identify root cause of business concerns.
Nice to have:
- Possess strong Global Tax Business Acumen
