- Preparation of 5 workshops with tool owners to develop a tool strategy in the following tool domains--> Documentation and collaboration platforms
--> Monitoring and logging infrastructure
--> Latency performance management tools
--> Network security architecture
--> Request management tools
- Organisation and moderation of these workshops
- Identify possible harmonisation potential
- Prepare management summaries
- Compiling a proposal for decision - Experience as moderator
- Excellent IT skills in software / tools / licensing
- Ability to analyse and design complex IT processes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Very good PPT skills
- College degree or equivalent
