Your Skills
- Min. 3 years of experience in a similar role in global environment
- University degree in a technical or commerical field of study
- Strong coordinating and ledership skills
- knowhow of project managment principles
- Excellent communication skills as well as ability to convince others very good english language skills
- ability to change/manage effective change / easily adapt to change
Your Tasks
- Responsible for the efficient and smooth SAP S/4 Transformantion with focus on strategic change management Adapt and conduct change Impact analysis, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders as well as train Team Leads Buisness in deployment teams on select change interventions
- Develop and adept the change management stratgy and roadmap for deployment of the projekt within the respective region
- Adapt and share global templates with team leads business of deployment teams (e.g. stakeholder and change impact analysis template. change management and communication strategy and roadmap, sentiment template)
- adapt and implement and the deployment and change managment approach for the respective region
- Responsibulity for promotion and distribution of change and communication materials
- Act as sparring partner for team leads business in deployment teams and support internal communication of respective region demands to global change management
